Ping_Log is a small Windows command line tool for keeping an eye on a connection over hours. It pings an address or host name at a set interval for as long as you choose, and can write every result to a log file that you can graph in Excel.

Syntax : Ping_Log [Options] Address

/Cnn - send nn pings in each cluster (default 1)
/CAnn - send nn pings in each cluster and record their average
/Rnn - repeat every nn seconds (default 5)
/Fnn - run for nn hours
/Bnn - packet size in bytes (default 32)
/S - silent mode (default is verbose)
/Oxx - write the output to file xx

For example, Ping_Log /c3 /r15 /f6 /b128 /oLog.Txt 10.196.1.1 sends 3 packets of 128 bytes to 10.196.1.1 every 15 seconds for 6 hours and writes the replies to Log.Txt. A PDF manual is included.
