History is a small Lua class for Fibaro Home Center 3 Quick Apps. It shows the most recent events in a set of labels on the Quick App, newest at the top, so you can see what the device has been doing right there on your mobile. Create it with the Quick App, the label name prefix and the number of lines - for example History (self, 'lbl_History_', 4) uses the labels lbl_History_1 to lbl_History_4. Add puts a line at the top and drops the oldest, Log does the same with a date and time stamp, and Clear empties the display. Pass true as the second parameter of Add or Log to store a line without refreshing the display. The download contains Lua_History.lua, the class on its own, and Test_History.fqa, a Quick App with four history labels and buttons to add lines and clear them. Import the .fqa into your HC3 to see it working. Read the article : Sample Lua class using Fibaro as an example Free to use and modify |
