A small FireMonkey app that lists the PDF files in a folder, opens the one you pick with the Winsoft PDFium component and shows the text of each page, with Previous and Next buttons and a page count. The download contains full source, plus a ready-built Windows exe (with pdfium.dll) and an Android apk, so you can try it without compiling. The project files are from Delphi 11. To compile it you need the Winsoft PDFium Component Suite for FireMonkey. The trial version is here. On Windows, copy pdfium.dll from the component's Library\Win32 folder next to the exe. Android has no OpenDialog, so the app offers four folders to pick from - Documents, Shared Documents, Downloads and Shared Downloads - with an option to list only PDFs. If a folder has no files, it shows the full path, so you can copy a PDF there with a file manager. I use X-plore. Free to use and modify |
